Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be in the same condition you received it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the item and packaging.

We'll arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, unless the item was lost in transit or arrived damaged or incorrect.
