Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We'll review your claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
